- In-Ground and Above Ground swimming pools
- Fences over 4ft. or replaced fences
- Fireplaces
- Skylights
- Wood-Burning Stove
- Hot tubs
- Additions
- Extensions
- Dormers
- Mother/Daughter Apartments
- Senior Resident Apartments
- Any Additional plumbing fixtures added to your home
- Any interior alterations of partitions
(especially load bearing walls)
Most banks and attorneys will not move forward with closings sales of your property if added structures on your home are not legalized.
